Q. How about the Samples' Policy?
A: Samples' production fee is based on the actual cost and will be refundable if there is an order. We will provide Free samples for Long-term cooperated clients while shipping cost must be collected or prepaid.
Q. Could we customize the products as our requirements?
A: Yes, just tell us your requirements, such as material, size, color, prinitng, and design. we can make layout of the bags first, after customers confirmed the layout, then we begin make samples..
Q. Do you accept small order? and How to deal with it?
A: Yes, we accept small order. there is no MOQ without Printing. MOQ with Printing: 100pcs.
Normally, we will send layout of customized bags after customer deposit or full payment through Paypal.
Q. What's the payment terms?
1. 30% T/T deposit in advance for order confirmation, the balance by T/T before shipping.
2. L/C AT SIGHT when amount is more than USD50,000.
3. Western Union is also acceptable.
